By registering for, accessing, or using getArole ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service & Aggregator Disclaimer
getArole indexes publicly available career listings from third-party applicant tracking systems and portals including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn, Internshala, and Unstop. getArole does not act as an employer, recruiter, or employment agency.
- Job listings, descriptions, compensation data, and eligibility requirements are determined solely by the respective hiring companies.
- getArole does not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or the accuracy of third-party postings.
- All trademarks, company names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
3. AI Resume Matching & Bullet Generation
getArole provides algorithmic ATS compatibility scoring and generative AI resume suggestions:
- Match scores (0–100%) and tailored summaries are provided as advisory suggestions to assist your job search.
- You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of any resume content before submitting it to employers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or launch automated scraping attacks against getArole API endpoints.
- Upload resumes containing malicious code, exploit payloads, or copyrighted materials of third parties.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication barriers, or security controls.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, getArole and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including missed job opportunities, application rejections, or external employer actions.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
